If you don’t have access to your Google My Business account because it was set up for you by an agency (or even a friend or family member) there’s a simple solution.

Firstly, explain to them that you have signed up for AddStars and that you need them to complete the Google My Business integration. Share your login details (or simply forward them your welcome email) and suggest they read the short explanation on your dashboard.

Here, they will be directed to the ‘Add a platform area’ where they can use the ‘one click’ integration and enable your reviews on Google My Business.

Once this has been done, the best practice is for you to reset your password.
